A nice little side dish and easy to make.
Get some fresh cut or frozen french style cut green beans. Put them in a pot over medium low heat. Add about 3-4 table spoons of butter and a half cup of basil. I usually make about half the bag of green beans.
Basically just mix it all together and cook them till the green beans are done; the butter will melt and basil will stick to the green beans. Be careful not to burn the beans though ;) You have to stir them every minute or so or else they will burn.
That's pretty much it, a nice little way to spice up your average tasting green bean. :greengrin:
