As the SA Media Crew boarded their flight to south Florida to get a rare and an unprecedented one-on-one interview with ICS at his plantation estate, they knew this was no ordinary assignment. At one point during the flight, Top Gun even turned to Dieselman and said, “Do you realize what this means for our journalism careers?” AZ_Steeler overhearing the remark was keen to the historical nature of the event responded, “You do realize my SA salary demands just want up after this, don’t you?” Diesel shrugged off the comment, but you can tell he knew something big was about to happen.

As the limo pulled up to the massive gates of the sprawling estate, you could cut the anxiety that was in the air with a knife. A voice on the intercom suggested that we pull up to the front of the home and proceed to the media center located in the left-wing of the estate where we could set up our lighting and equipment for the interview.

After about an hour of setting up, we received a phone call telling us that ICS was running about 15 minutes behind his normal schedule which was no big deal. A fellow by the name of Teemont, the Master Butler, appeared and told us that we could wait by the lagoon pool as refreshments would be served as we waited. As Teemont escorted us past the helipad and through the gardens area to the pool area, it was hard not to take notice of the natural beauty of the estate. From the Italian marbled inlaid walkways to the lush tropical gardens complete with rare tropical birds, it was truly a site to behold.

Just as we began enjoying lunch by the pool and sharing a few laughs with the light sounds of a Steel Pan group playing in the background we looked out over the 7th fairway and heard the thunderous hum of a fast approaching helicopter. Just then, the most badass yellow Bell 407 known as "Bradshaw 12" made a sweeping left turn and proceeded to land on the helipad area.

As the engines shut down, out stepped a rather tall and distinguished gentleman in black & white pajamas with pink silk pants, white fur coat and hat, and bling from head to toe. Then stepped out a stunning tanned blonde who seemed extremely bubbly and eager to please him. I also noticed she held his ceptor (i.e., pimp cane) from time to time.

Folks, in all my years of being a journalist, I knew right then and there I was in the company of royalty; no question this man ICS was the pimp of all Steelers pimps.

ICS was everything we thought he would be, and then some. He was extremely warm and gracious as he introduced himself and asked how our trip down from the ‘burgh was. Before we began the actual interview he asked if there was anything he could get for us that would make us more comfortable to which Diesel and Top Gun responded. “YES!~ ... Anything other than our current wives.” He just laughed and said, “You mean like this?” as he pointed toward Nikki, his weekend girl. He knew we weren’t kidding either which is why he summoned Nikki’s friends to join us for an evening of fun filled frolicking.

Ok, enough about that, let’s get on with the interview:

Member Spotlight Questions:

How long have you been a Steelers fan? How many hours are in a lifetime? .... Honestly, I don’t remember. That’s the God’s honest truth too. When you’re born and raised in Pittsburgh, it’s a natural right of passage at birth that you become part of the Steelers brethren ….you know, Steelers Nation. (i.e., the “family”). I've always contended that Steeler Nation is a fraternal brotherhood that all other fans try to emulate. It's true ... you can be in any state or any country and you know that when you see a fellow Steelers fan, you've got someone looking out for you. I never met a Steeler fan that didn't have my back.

What made you become a fan of the Steelers? I don’t mind the whole interview thing with the lights and cameras, but don’t bore me with redundant questions. I basically just answered this already, didn’t I?

OK, Sorry - so who is your favorite Player currently on the Steelers roster? This is not an easy question, but since I’m a fan of hard hitting and punishing style of defenses, I’ve got to go with James Harrison. James is “old school” and will lay the wood to you without asking too many questions. Speaking of wood, I can easily see one of my new favorite players being Lamar Woodley. This cat is going to be flat out …. BAD ***. :cabbagepatch:

Why are they your favorite player? Like I said, I’m a fan of old school defense … and this is your last warning. If you ask me another question that I already answered through a previous question, I’m going to shove my pimp cane so far up your *** you’re going to be able to write the biography of a shish-ka-bob..... with feeling. :yikes:

Ok, sorry ... Who is your favorite Steeler of the past? This is easy Greg Lloyd and Jack Lambert. These guys could have been brothers ….. Figuratively speaking of course. Neither were hired for their sunny disposition on life and both earned their PHD in prescribing pain in huge doses.

What is your favorite Steelers memory? While I would like to say it was actually attending SBXL, it was not. My favorite memory was being in Cincinnati for the ’05 Wild Card game in Cincitucky watching Carson Palmer go down to some KEMO-therapy. I ended up getting into a malay in the men’s bathroom for pissing on the guy’s leg in front of me at the urinal. He was the drunk loud mouthed crybaby of the bunch and I really couldn’t hold it any longer. Nuff’ said ….

What is your favorite sport to watch other than football? I don’t watch a lot of TV. Football is really the only sport I make time for when it comes to watching television. I watch some golf I guess.

How did you find Steeler Addicts? I was actually looking for Sex Addicts at the time by goggling “Sex Addicts” …you know, self-help and intervention clubs, then on a whim I substituted the word SEX with STEELER and “BAM” …. It hit me. :cope:

Sum up your thoughts on Steeler Addicts in a few sentences? Good people. Some better than others, but for the most part, . . . just good people.

What do you do for a living? I’m a commercial real estate broker. I scour the ends of the earth looking for tremendously undervalued sky-scrapers, stadiums, golf-courses, shopping malls, etc. …. and find a potential owner for them. In the end, we all win.

What is one thing that might surprise people to know about you? I am a humble man.

What is one thing that everybody knows you for? Thread jacking. I actually think I won some major award for this, no? :nono:

What kind of car or truck do you drive? I have several, but my everyday car is a BMW M6 Cabrio.

If you could change 1 thing about yourself what would it be? I would want to be more outgoing. I tend to be highly introverted at times due to the socio-economic and multi-cultural barriers that are supported by the inherent nature of the society we live in. I just want to all get along and “break bread” with everyone man, you dig? :redcool:

What are your hobbies & interests outside of posting on SA? Windsurfing, Scuba, Motorcycles, sex marathons at Hedonism II, Cooking, and Water yoga.

Favorite TV shows? MacGyver, Cannon, Police Story, SWAT, The Night Stocker, Archie Bunker, The Jefferson’s, Sanford & Son.

Favorite video games Pong & Asteroids …. Then Pac Man had to come along with a color monitor and ruin everything.

Does your family enjoy watching football with you or do they run and hide when the game is on? Everyone in my home as recieved an neural implant. It's a small Steeler micro-transmitter that recieves electronic pulses to the brain. On a cult following scale higher than Scientology, we are Steeler Addicts.

What type of Steelers game day rituals do you do? I clip tow-chains to my nipple rings and have my girl pull me down the driveway. It amps me up before kickoff.

Your favorite gametime food & beverage? Canned ham vacume packed in water and those little Vienna sausages that come in a jar. Yuengling and Yeager bombs are the preferred beverages of choice; it provides the perfect pre-party punch!

How many Steeler games have you attended in your lifetime? Approx. 20 .. give or take a few.

Three Rivers Stadium or Heinz Field? TRS ….. not even close.

Immaculate Reception or "The Tackle"? Both contributed to our winning franchise history and both will be part of Steeler lore forever.
