Yesterday was the opening round of the WGC-American Express Championship. Tiger carded a 63 to take the lead on day one. So far on day two he is at -7 for day with 2 holes to play and has a commanding 5 shot lead.

He was on an amazing streak for consecutive wins, but he recently was knocked out of the first round of a single elimination tournament. So now the streak is considered "consecutive PGA Tour wins"

Here is his score card if anyone is intrested:

Furyk is applying some heat but not quite enough in the first 2 days. He is at -10 through 35 holes of golf.

This is why I absolute love watching Tiger Woods. I even try and look for lessons by him on the internet to use on the course or practice in the backyard. I am telling you this guy is going to blow every record in the book for Golf.

koop are you in your early 20's??? If so, I wasn't big with Golf at that age either but as I've gotten older it's actually not that bad of a game to watch especially when someone like Tiger is manhanlding the field!

The tournament is over now and Tiger completey blew everyone away! He finished at -23 and won by an amazing 8 strokes. He probably could have let everyone play an extra 36 holes just to give the others a chance to catch him and give him some type of competition!
