The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns (http://www.kffl.com/team/13/nfl) QB Derek Anderson (http://www.kffl.com/player/11266/nfl) has agreed to a multiyear deal with the team, according to a person familiar with the negotiations. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the contract had not been completed.

The Clowns probably totally overpaid him and now all that money they invested in Quinn last year is dead. If Im Brady Quinn I want out of Cleveland ASAP.

they did overpay him but its a tradeable contract. he will be dealt if some team in the next 2 months before the draft offers them a 1st. regardless one of them wont be on the roster after next season.

Quinn's contract is heavy on playing time incentives. That he will not see. So the clowns can squat on quinn if they want. Since I believe he has reasonable cap numbers. As long as he does not hit his incentives in his contract/

I agree, the brownies knew that nobody would bite in free agency, because he has not proven enough to merit a 1st and a 3rd pick. They will get a descent trade for him, but not a 1 & 3

Exactly, they will trade Derek before the draft. They had Anderson beat. No way the Browns have that much money tied up in 1 position.
