....... Who are the top 3 Linebackers in Steelers History! In order, and only 3?

For me it would be.
1. Jack Lambert
2. Greg Llyodd
3. Joey Porter

I know not everyone will agree. I Love Jack Ham, Andy Russel, Dirt Winston, Greg Hinkle, Holmes,Gildon, Greene, Brown, Merriwether, Osalsky, and the list goes on. I will say as great as Ham was, he did benefit from such a great D. He is a Hall of Famer, but not on Lamberts level.

Whatcha got! Give it! Lets debate it!

Wow that is tough....first and foremost #1 is Jack Lambert. Big difference though in the style of play by our LB's through the decades. The 70's LB's didn't rush the passer as much as the 80's, 90's and now, but they made just as many if not more tackles as any LBer corp we have had, plus they were the best in coverage. Gotta think about this for a while, not an easy decision.

Lambert, Ham, and Lloyd. In that order. Porter is far from being the best the Steelers have had. Andy Russell was a better LBer than Porter.

I have to agree with Lambert, Ham, and Lloyd.
