3 of the top tackles playing in this game.

We have Baker and Cherilus playing for the North and Williams playing for the South. I will be watching these 3 players closely and will write about what I see after the game.

Hawkins the WR from Cal made a nice adjustment on an underthrown pass from Chad Henne for a TD..

Dan Connor has an INT...

Lawrence Jackson and Trevor Laws have 1 sack each so far...

Peyton Hillis had a nice run....

Those are the highlights so far...

Cromartie looks really good at CB

Chris Williams (OT) looks good, lean, nimble feet.

Gosder Cherilus (OT) looks stronger but a bit slower.

Cromartie is making a case for MVP of the game so far....

I agree with you on both Williams and Cherilus...I think Williams is showing he has the skills for LT at the NFL level...Cherilus is RT for sure...

I have tried to catch Sam Baker (OT) from USC doing something but I haven't seen anything yet. I have also tried to pay attention to center play but its really hard to see what is going on in the interior line.

Sedrick Ellis (DT) from USC is also a badass. Mayock says he is pick 1A behind Dorsey from LSU.

Haven't seen anything that would change my mind from wanting Williams in the 1st round. If we play our cards right we could wind up with Williams and Cherilus. I think we could possibly need to swing a deal to get Williams. He is being projected somewhere between 17-20 in the 1st round. We will pick 23rd. Shouldn't have to give up too much to pick 6 spots higher.

John Sullivan (C) from Notre Dame convinced Lane Kiffin (loser coach from Raiders) to go for it on 4th down and then promptly got blown into the backfield to lose yardage and possession of the ball in the 4th quarter. Apparently we aren't the only ones with a Notre Dame guy who doubles as a turnstile.

Cromartie most certainly lived up to the rumblings of hype that he had for a few months coming into Senior Bowl week. And as strange as it might seem to some, if he performs well at the combine i see him as not only the first corner taken in april,... but likely a top 12 selection.

I also feel Sedrick made quite a case for himself to be the number one pick overall. Surely there are no such things as "sure bets" when it comes to the Draft,...but he very well may be the closest thing possible. (FIGHT ON !)

I was also very impressed with the Laws kid out of Notre Dame. Even to the point where,...dare i say,.... i had visions of him on the interior of a 4-3 along side Hampton wreaking havoc. (LOL,...yeah i know,.....it'll pass)

How many of you caught the the East West shrine game ?

Anybody see a link anywhere of quotes from the Steelers staff on what they thought of the game and any potential talent they came to check out?
