No. We need something other than a FB in the earlier rounds (i.e. WR, OL, DL). We are FINE at RB/FB. There is no need to waste a pick on him.

It's not a waste if we can't get what we want in the 3rd or 4th(if he lasts that long). We are most likely losing Kreider and C. Davis hasn't proved extensively anything...

davis is a ok blocker and a good runner, we are hardly fantastic at rb/fb though.

schmitt plays with a certain violence that i love and hes a dual threat runner/reciever....but his thing will be vicious blocking in the pros

I agree with ya on that, I just don't think he'll last long enough for us to work on other problems in the draft.

I like Schmitt but he is just completely unnecessary. Davis is OK. Nothing better but I can live with that. Seriously, RB/FB should as close to the bottom as possible.
