Steelers linebacker James Harrison has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Month.
Harrison had a game for the ages in the Steelers’ 38-7 win over the Ravens on Nov. 5.
He had three sacks, forced three fumbles and intercepted a pass in leading the Steelers to one of their most impressive wins of the season. Harrison is in his first full season as a starter as he took over for Joey Porter at right outside linebacker.
