Troy will be ready, you can bet on that. He hasn’t been 100% for most of the year but you he’s anxious to make an impact on Sunday evening. Polamalu didn’t play vs. the Jets earlier this year so his presence on the field will be key.
Aaron Smith will be a gametime decision but we shouldn’t count on his availability. He’s been practicing this week and working hard to show the coaches he is ready. He’ll do pre game workouts on Sunday and then Tomlin will decide his fate.
McFadden has been hit with the injury bug this year and missed significant time. His ability to go will be a key factor in the secondary matching up against Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards.
Will Allen is a good special teams player and considering what happened back on December 19th when these two teams met, we will need to have all available players ready to go and on their game.
Weather for gameday will be typical Western Pennsylvania conditions for this time of year. High of just 17 degrees and a low 5 degrees. 20% chance of snow as of now.
